…Governor Oyebanji, Prominent Islamic Leaders to Grace Inauguration
The Ekiti State Council of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs is set to inaugurate the Ekiti State Independent Shari’ah (Arbitration) Panel on Saturday, October 26, 2024.
According to a statement from the organizers, the event will take place at the Pavillion in Fajuyi, Ado-Ekiti, starting at 10 a.m.
The Chairman of the occasion will be Alhaji Rafiu Adisa Ebiti (FCA), Deputy President I of MUSWEN and Pro-Chancellor/Chairman of Council at SUMMIT University, Offa, Kwara State.
The President-General of the League of Imams and Alfas for the Southwest, Edo, and Delta States, Fadhilatu Shaykh Imaam (Dr) Muhammad Jamiu Bello Kewulere, will serve as the Spiritual Father of the Day.
Ekiti State Governor, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, is the Special Guest of Honour, while His Lordship, Hon. Justice Abdul-Lateef Kamaldeen, Grand Qadhi of the Kwara State Shari’ah Court of Appeal, Ilorin, will deliver the keynote address as the Special Guest Speaker.
Barr. Tajudeen Olutope Ahmed is the Host of the event, with Alhaji (Dr) Hammed Afolabi Bakare Aare Abdul-Ghaniyy Adebiyi serving as the Chief Host.
